Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:Inputs: Company business targets, HR labour regulations, employee life-cycle. Mission: Be the liaison between HR and the business. Prepare andsupport the execution of business plans by translating the needs of thebusiness into appropriate HR solutions. Outputs: Efficient support forthe business through HR measures (development plan, salary review,recruitment plan, staffing…).Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, inpartnership with the business. - Advising the business on all peoplerelated matters. - Drive the execution of business HR plans and releaseHR metrics & reports to the management. - Cascade HR policy & nationallabour regulations towards the management. - Ensure coherency andharmonization within the implementation of the compensation andbenefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination. with themanagement and according to business objectives.
