Financial Controller & Head of Administration (Toledo).
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. As the number
-two executive to the CFO, the Controller will be involved in supporting presentations to the board finance and will work closely with the senior leadership team. The Controller will lead all day
-day finance operations and supervise a team of 7 staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. The Controller will work closely with program leaders and their staffs, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can support program operations. In addition, s/he will partner with the CFO, senior leadership, and the human resources (HR) and information technology (IT) staff to enhance and better integrate finance, HR, and IT functions. In order to provide reliable information and meet deadlines.
He/She will be responsible for the following functions:
-Collaborate closely with all departments, finance, IT, Sales, factories and warehouses in order to obtain a properly definition and control of the manufacturing costs.
-To define, implement, follow and control the direct and indirect costs of the bill of materials for the Skus and new products developed. To define, manage and supervise the standard product costs following and monitoring of the margin per sku and analysis of any deviation.
-To define the BSC for the industrial area and KPIs and implementation of them.
-Budget and forecast of the industrial costs of the company and Industrial Area.
-To plan, execute and supervise the monthly closure being responsible for the administrative, accounting, bank reconciliations, payroll, acount payable and acount receivable, billing, payments in order to meet the deadlines.
-Monthly Inventory closure and supervision.
-To aprove and verify any inventory adjustment.
-To collaborate from the finance dept in the physical inventories, controlling any adjustment or cost variation.
-Manage, and track the performance of invested assets and capex in keeping with policies and investment guidelines.
-Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
-She/He will maintain a system of control over business transactions, production, sales and raw materials.
-Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- High level of english
-Economics Degree and a Master in Controlling.
-Seven to ten years of accounting and finance experience, ideally beginning in accounting and audit, followed by experience gathering, evaluating, presenting and reporting financial information to executive teams. Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments and solid experience in standard costs in industrial sector.
-English C1 level is mandatory.
-Expertise in industrial sector is mandatory.
-Microsoft office and ERP (Microsoft Dymaniscs AX, SAP).
-Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills.
-US GAAP Knowledge.
-Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment.
